We require you to upload one multiple page PDF file with the pages in numerical order to be able to create the spreads accordingly. The multiple page PDF file should have the individual pages(not spreads) in this order:
Front Cover is the first page, inside of the front cover is Page2, Page3, Page4, ... the last page is the Back Cover.

Our user-friendly ordering process makes it easy to have professionally framed prints delivered straight to your door. Simply select your desired frame options, then upload your high-resolution photo. Your photo must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inches) at final print size; a lower-resolution photo will result in a pixelated print. Please allow for a 0.25" bleed, meaning the portion of your photo that will be trimmed off during the cutting process. We offer 2 proof options, either an instant online proof or a manually processed PDF proof. If you choose the latter, we will double check your file to make sure it meets our printing requirements. After your photo has been printed, we’ll take care of the framing so your framed print will arrive fully assembled.
Turn your digital art into a tangible framed print! We offer downloadable templates for each framed print size we offer, all marked with the safety, trim, and bleed lines. When setting up print-ready files, make sure to extend all background elements to the bleed line and place all essential graphics and text within the safety zone. Additionally, your file should be in RGB color mode and at least 300 dpi. Our maximum file upload size is 50 MB.
When you order a matted frame print, a mat board will be placed in the frame along with your picture to provide additional contrast with the frame and help keep your photo safe by separating it from the glass. We offer several frame sizes with cream core bevel cut matting that allows the colors on your photos and artwork to truly pop.
Please allow 4 to 5 business days for your photos to be printed and framed. We consider the first day of production to be the first business day after your proof has been approved and your payment has been processed.
